Aaron walks through his charting process on the two-bit exchange, layering RSI and on-balance volume readings on top of price to build his case. He points to a bearish RSI reset, a pattern of lower highs and lower lows on RSI, a downward sloping moving average, and a bearishly descending on-balance volume line as reasons he doubts the bounce can hold, while also flagging a prior support level that has already been wicked into multiple times as a sign of underlying weakness.
Beyond Bitcoin, Aaron extends his analysis to Ethereum, Pax Gold, and Uniswap, comparing their moving averages, RSI patterns, and volume trends to gauge whether momentum can continue or is starting to roll over. He closes by framing the setup around risk versus reward, suggesting he would rather position early for a potential move lower than chase a pump, while cautioning that fast, news driven rallies in altcoins tend to lack staying power.
