    Export Usage Report for New and Classic Microsoft Outlook for Windows

    You are migrating from the classic Outlook to the new Outlook in your organization. Perhaps you have given users the option to use both New and Classic Outlook to familiarize themselves with it before replacing it. Now you want to know the usage status. In this article, you will learn how to export a usage report for the new and classic Microsoft Outlook for Windows.

    Export Outlook for Windows usage report

    To export an Outlook for Windows usage report and compare user activity between Outlook for Windows (new) vs. Outlook for Windows (classic), follow the steps below:

    1. Sign in to Exchange admin center
    2. Click on Reports > Outlook for Windows usage
    3. Choose a date range of 7, 30, 90, or 180 days
