Note: Before performing Import Process, a user need to give permission to assign “Export-Import” role to Individual or Security Group.

For the individual:
New-ManagementRoleAssignment –Role “Mailbox Import Export” –User Administrator
For Security Group:

- Now Provide Path to PST File: Since before importing PST file to Exchange, the PST file should be in Shared Folder and check the permission of Reading and Write.
- Execute following command to import PST mailbox to Exchange Server
