I wanted to make one last video here in Italy before heading back to Thailand.
🇮🇹 Italy offers free hospitals and a solid public healthcare system, but it doesn’t cover everything — especially dental care and some specialized treatments.
🇹🇭 Thailand, on the other hand, has excellent private hospitals, fast service, and great doctors — but you need good insurance to avoid expensive bills.
